COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS
With every show in our season comes exciting creative opportunities for community groups. We offer exclusive pre-show creative workshops for any community groups that are interested in adding some creative activities to their theatre outing. Whether it be creative writing, performance, devising theatre, or creative crafts and visual art. Our community engagement coordinator Audrey will lead a welcoming and open space in a workshop pre-designed to fit the production, then tailored to fit the needs and preferences of the community group. All under our ‘pay what you feel’ model, so there’s no pressure to ever pay more than you can afford.
Audrey is happy to adjust their workshop to be more focused on either creative writing, performance etc., and adjust the delivery to be either relaxed or intensive. Do you want to learn a performance based skill? Or do you want to sit with a hot drink and crack on with a creative writing activity. Whichever it is, we will gladly cater to the group however we can.
If you’re a community group of any kind, and you want to know more, contact Audrey at community@alphabettitheatre.co.uk
